Serve Day is where local churches come together to love Kings County. We do that by serving our community in physical work and celebration. We clean and beautify areas of the county that need some love. We also have party crews that go to local parks to celebrate people just because they are our neighbors! 

*When you register please choose one assignment per person.   

• Work Crew is precisely what it says. You will be getting your hands dirty and making things beautiful around King's County. We will be clean alleyways, planting trees, clean old homeless encampments, and other parts of our community. 


• Party Crew will be make things beautiful in a different way. The Party Crew will help throw parties at a few parks in Hanford and Armona. We are going to our neighbors to share the Gospel while having fun! These teams will oversee the food, games, and prizes for their designated party. 


• Joy Team: This is a unique team that highlights street evangelism. This team is given gift cards and/or money to give surprise gifts throughout the city. This work takes a spiritual sensitivity to let the Holy Spirit guide you, discernment, and the ability to share the gospel in a concise yet loving way. Prior Experience is Needed.

Key Dates and Times: 

• Kickoff Night:  Friday, May 16th at 7PM. Kickoff Night is the key to our success. This is where we pray, get our shirts, strategize, and connect with our teams. This is an important night that you don't want to miss! The kickoff will be at the Learning Center Auditorium at 7pm. Don't miss it! It will be short but sweet! 


• Serve Day: Saturday, May 17th at 8AM | Meet at your designated SERVE location.

Parents with Kids under 12 years old:

Families are welcome at Serve Day but choose your projects carefully. Work projects may be too difficult for them. Also, when you sign up, only register the adults for the project since some projects have limited space. Example: If you are coming with kids under 12, only sign up yourself and indicate in the question section how many kids you are bringing.
